If either of the first place winners are unable to attend the show (we have asked them to reply to accept) the ticket will be offered to a runner up by end of Monday.

To all competition entrants.

As you are aware we extended the deadline of the competition to Saturday 6th February, the reason for the extension is due to technical issues regarding adding and uploading video content to our competition page.

We were alerted on Monday & Wednesday that entrants had experienced difficulties uploading their videos, we tested this in the office and also found similar problems. As the prize is quite unique we felt it was only fair that we extend the deadline on both occasions to allow those members a chance to upload their video again. Normal practice we would have allowed direct submission of video to ourselves for us to view but as it was a quick fix we just extended the deadline.

It has been brought to our attention a number of entrants feel this was unjust, and gave new entrants an unfair advantage. This also gave you extra time if you wanted to add another entry. We can assure you that all entrants were LickLibrary members prior to the original deadline, not all members activate their LickSpace accounts straight away.

It has also been suggested that we were excluding overseas entrants from the top prize, however the competition to everyone from any country as long they are able to attend the concert, we made it also possible for non UK residents who couldn’t attend the concert but still wanted to enter for the DVD prize by adding a notice on the competition page “NB If you are entering the competition internationally but unable to go to the show, please make a note in the description and state "International" As with any competition open to multi-nationalities aswell as UK residents we stipulated that own travel arrangements had to be made.
The competition winners will be announced over the course of the weekend giving a week’s notice for travel arrangements.
