Amps, What do i get.

NOw since the theft of my gigging amp some time ago I have been stuck with hiting at a very cheap rate i might add an amp. I used a Marshall JCM 900 combo jobbie from my local rehearsal studio. Now Marshalls are great amps don't get me wrong but the Sound City i had wa better for all round clean tone. Since it was a 1970's relic i was surprised any one would want to walk off with it. Oh well now i am looking for a replacement with a similar toneal structure. BUT WHICH ONE AAAAAARRRRGHHHHHH!!!! 
Only time will tell what i go for.
